Charlie

 My friend, Emily, came by earlier today. We were able to catch up over a delicious lunch at Olive and Thyme.  While I had her and Charlie around I couldn't help but capture some of his precious expressions. 

I was lucky enough to be the photographer for Charlie's very first photo shoot when he was only 2 weeks old, just a little naked nugget of cuteness then, and now, he is 18 months. And cuter than ever. Those sweet blonde curls combined with his expressive lil' face are just too much. Adorable.

My super sweet and super talented friend Sandy recently had a photoshoot with me. She is a writer, and is damn good at it. These gorgeous photos are her author shots, for the upcoming release of her graphic novel, the Tenth Throne. It is about the planet of Rutas being in turmoil after the tenth kingdom of Atlantis is attacked. I would tell you more, but you will just have to wait and see. New England

These photos are from a recent road trip taken through the colorful backroads of the northeast. Massachusetts, Vermont, New York, Montreal, New Hampshire, and Maine. Growing up in Massachusetts was perfect. However, I never truly appreciated the beauty of the land. Now, as an adult, I love vacationing there, any season really, as they all differ so dramatically. Being a tourist in the place I grew up in is a funny feeling. It is always hard to leave. I will forever return.

Nichos family came to visit us in August. To beat the never ending heat wave we spent the day cruising through Santa Monica and Venice beach. It was a beautiful day by the ocean and the perfect weather to give Nichos French cousins a tour. We got some some sun, some exercise, good laughs, had some Mexican eats, maybe even a margarita or 2, and I learned a lil bit of French.  Vélos sur la plage...Merci!

Sorry Gentlemen, Although you may prefer blondes, this one is taken. Kelli and I had a blast during our retro photo shoot. The sun was shining, beach boys were blasting and the smiles just kept on coming. She fits the role of a pin up perfectly. I had such a hard time choosing my favorites, but here are a few.

Sweet baby Audrey

Babies are pretty damn cute. But, when they have sweet smiles with big blue eyes, my heart just melts. So basically, throughout the duration of my photo shoot with Audrey, my heart was a gigantic puddle. Her gummy smile and her baby blue eyes are just too much. We had so much fun, and she was such a great model. I think she might have a future in front of the camera.
